HermesOffice repository installs, builds all 6 Electron apps, passes all ~6900 unit tests across 18 workspaces, and launches the Electron shell app on an Xvfb display.

All 18 workspace test suites passed (engine, apps, and Rust sidecar). Build:all successful. Electron app launched and stayed alive on Xvfb. No third-party API keys or mocks needed. HTMLCanvasElement warnings in JSDOM are cosmetic.
