HermesOffice monorepo installs, builds, typechecks, and passes all unit tests (18 workspaces, ~7249 tests). The Electron shell app launches on the virtual display and stays up with renderer/GPU/network processes active.

All 18 workspaces tested. Rust xlsx sidecar compiled and tested. Electron app launched on Xvfb and stayed up for 15s. No credentials needed as tests are pure unit/integration tests.
