The Panopticon Report
One report a week, from the week's own measurements
Every Monday, a report covering the seven days before it: how many projects were installed and run on clean machines, how many were verified against the real thing rather than against stand-ins, what kept breaking across unrelated projects, and what it cost. Every number is drawn from a recorded run, and no sentence is written by a model. Reports appear here only after a human approves them, like every other number on this site.
Every published report, 7 so far
- 564 projects tested, and "npm install failed" stopped 5: week of October 12, 2026
- 656 projects tested, and "Go compiler not found in container" stopped 8: week of October 5, 2026
- 657 projects tested, and "Rust toolchain not installed" stopped 8: week of September 28, 2026

Every figure links back to the run that produced it. For every project tested on a given day, see the daily reports. Start from the subjects or read how this is measured.
