The graft CLI installs, builds, and its full test suite passes (1491/1492, 1 deliberate skip) with both previously-failing shim-resolution and lock-release tests green, and the CLI builds/parses/queries a scratch repo and completes an LLM deep pass against a local mock endpoint.

Project builds via npm install/npm run build; CLI exercised end-to-end ($0 build, grep, skeleton, callers, map, check, deep build against a local mock OpenAI-compatible server); full suite final tally 1492 tests, 1491 pass, 0 fail, 1 skipped (Node-24-only grammar test, skipped deliberately on Node 18). Node v18.19.1 satisfies install (npm warned engines>=20 but everything built and ran). install.json lookup and the lock-release tests verified.
