Python-based teaql_workspace.py tool verifies and applies runtime source configurations for all 7 supported languages; the build-teaql-app skill, golden examples, and reference documentation are complete and well-formed; the npx skills add install path is gated by a Node.js 22 requirement not met in this container.

teaql_workspace.py verified end-to-end: release mode resolves packages and versions, workspace mode resolves git repos with commit and dirty state, error handling for missing files and invalid configs works. Tests pass 2/2. XML examples parse. SKILL.md and all 7 reference files are consistent and complete.
