pnpm install (41.5s), 6 test suites ran. Built and launched dev server with embedded PostgreSQL. Server answered 200 on /api/health and returned [] on /api/companies. 5 of 35 workspace packages compile with Rust; all JS/TS packages passed typecheck. UI served via vite dev middleware.
