All verified test suites passed - 1903+ tests across unit, lanes, status, charter, events, dashboard, git, review, missions, config, contracts, decisions, doctrine, CLI commands, and architectural invariants. Full architectural suite (1775 tests) could not be run as a single batch due to timeout (exceeds 120s), but important subsets (terminology guard, shared package boundary, pyproject shape) all pass individually.
