Spec Kitty CLI 3.2.7rc1 installs, runs, initializes projects, and passes the vast majority of its test suite (~2181+ tests passing) from source checkout, with only pre-existing version-sensitive golden-help-fixture mismatches and shallow-clone git errors. The core CLI binary, init workflow, status model, agent commands, bootstrap, audit, core, skills, and doctrine subsystems all work correctly.

Install succeeded via venv and pip install -e .[test]. CLI binary spec-kitty runs and reports version 3.2.7rc1. spec-kitty init full project setup works end to end on a fresh git repo. spec-kitty verify-setup passes on initialized project. ~2181+2078+ tests passed across core subsystems (status, runtime, bootstrap, agent_commands, doctrine, onboarding, acceptance, core, audit, skills). 5 golden-help-fixture failures (pre-existing click/typer version sensitivity). 12 errors in setup_plan_phases (shallow checkout lacks test git SHAs). xdist --dist loadfile has a race condition (pre-existing). Click 9.0 deprecation warnings from typer 0.24.2 use of deprecated utils.
