Stackql binary v1.1.1 builds, runs, and passes 512/554 robot functional tests against bundled Flask mocks (42 failures due to missing psql/background-srv infra, not code defects); all 53 Go unit test packages pass.
Project builds and unit-tests cleanly. Robot suite fails only where psql or background PG server mode is expected, which is unavailable in this container. All API-facing query behaviour verified through mock servers.
