What the test found

Installed Go 1.25.4, built the axe binary, fixed the ENOTDIR agent auto-discovery bug, and verified the binary end to end locally: 'axe version' prints 1.10.0, the fresh-user init/list/dry-run flow exits 0, agent runs against the local OpenAI-compatible mock return echo output with exit 0, and the full test suite passes with 0 failures.

Verification used a local OpenAI-compatible mock (and Anthropic /v1/messages path) since no real provider credentials exist in this container; mock itself was probed via HTTP 200 before each run. Full test suite green: counted 213+123+31+39+24+324+219+86 tests passed, 0 failed, 0 skipped across packages. Limit 3 repeats never hit (each error fixed once).

Argusic installed axe in 25 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 2 of 2 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
