The @google/design.md CLI v0.4.0 builds from source and all 345 tests pass, with lint, diff, export, and spec commands all producing correct output against real fixture files.

All 346 tests ran (345 pass, 1 skip, 0 fail). CLI binary at dist/index.js works standalone. Lint, diff, export (css-vars, json-tailwind, dtcg, css-tailwind), and spec commands all verified. No external credentials needed.
