Dependencies install, the project builds with turbo/bun, the CLI launches and answers --help, --version returns 0.4.0, all 346 tests pass (345 pass, 1 skip), and lint/diff/export/spec commands all produce correct output against real fixture files.

The only change from pristine state is adding bun as a dependency in root package.json (npm install bun). The project's original build script (bun build + tsc) and test runner (bun test) work unmodified once bun is available.
