What the test found

Sandstorm release build compiles, web console builds, all 412 tests pass, and the master API serves all endpoints (healthz, CA cert, sandboxes, nodes, templates, Prometheus metrics, and web console) on 127.0.0.1:8080 with --insecure-transport and --api-open. Node mode requires root for iptables/ip netns operations which are unavailable in this container.

All 412 tests pass (305 unit + 107 integration). Node/sandbox full end-to-end requires root for iptables/ip netns operations. Master API runs as non-root and responds correctly on all endpoints. Web console builds with Node 22.x but not 18.x (requires >=20). The zstd and /run/sandstorm fixes are in-tree patches.

Argusic installed sandstorm in 15 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
