What the test found

Dependencies installed with pnpm 10, middleware and app-backend bundles built (dist produced), Prisma client generated, runtime test suite passed 55/55, and the app backend server launched and answered /health with HTTP 200 {'success':true,'version':'1.54.185'} before exiting because the MySQL-backed middleware was unavailable.

Real verification: repositories installs (pnpm install OK), middleware and app backend build OK, prisma client generated OK, runtime unit tests 55/55 pass. Runtime/app frontend production builds fail only due to the container's 2GB RAM (Docker Compose/Traefik config also implies >2GB). The MySQL-protocol mock was attempted (tier2) but Prisma rejected the handshake, so middleware launch and the app root page (which calls middleware team info) could not be end-to-end verified in-container.
