What the test found

A 3-node Walrus cluster runs with Raft consensus (node 1 Leader, nodes 2 and 3 Followers), all three nodes accept topic registration and message put/get operations, with full 3-node membership in Raft metrics.

All 4 crates compile (debug+release). 142 root tests pass. 3 distributed-walrus tests pass. One deliberate test failure reproduces a documented env-var race condition. RocksDB benchmarks require the libclang workaround. 3-node Raft cluster verified with real end-to-end operations.

Argusic installed walrus in 30 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 4 of 5 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
