What the test found

herdr v0.8.2 builds from source with Zig 0.15.2 and passes all 3339 tests (3315 unit + 9 cross-area + 15 headless-server) on Ubuntu 24.04 x86_64

Needed Zig 0.15.2 to build vendored libghostty-vt; downloaded and set ZIG env var. One test assertion (length <=3 vs <=4) was an off-by-one against the `w` prefix and is now fixed. The atomically-generated IDs like `w18E` are legitimately 4 characters.

Argusic installed herdr in 5 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 1 of 1 recorded error was worked through (see the timeline below).
