What the test found

The AgentSafe repo installs and builds cleanly under user-land Node 22.14.0 + Go 1.26.4; the boundary test, smoke test, all 6 workspace test packages, the live enforcement gateway (ALLOW 201 forwarded, ESCALATE 202 held, BLOCK 403 refused), chain verification, and conformance verifier all pass, and the standalone executable answers version 0.2.5.

No third-party keys needed: the local demo authority on loopback governs everything exercised. Real Decionis/presence credentials are required only for --hosted/--mode shadow-with-Decionis and the trusted-executor serve surface, which correctly refuses with CONFIG_INVALID here. User-land installs of Node and Go recorded as the environment gap.
