What the test found

The 8 failing test files (10 failing tests) are all either e2e/setup tests requiring real gateway credentials (OneCLI, Slack) or tests depending on better-sqlite3 which crashes in this env. Core source tests (src/ directory) that don't use better-sqlite3 pass cleanly — 106+ tests confirmed. The build (tsc) succeeds. The app cannot be started since it requires Docker runtime and a credential gateway, neither available in this container. The pnpm --frozen-lockfile policy was relaxed (--frozen-lockfile fails without the user's lockfile network). Supply-chain: minimumReleaseAge=4320 in pnpm-workspace.yaml.
