3 tests in tests/unit/test_sdk_citations.py fail nondeterministically due to test-ordering pollution (pass in isolation). 1 test in tests/unit/acp/test_outbound_contract.py similarly ordering-dependent. All other unit tests pass: 2358 passed, 1 skipped. The cuga CLI imports and runs. Real LLM API keys would be needed for e2e verification.
