Surf v2.20.0 builds and all 81 test files pass (1177/1179 tests) using Node.js v22.12.0. The two test files that failed with SyntaxError were fixed by converting import-destructure patterns from require() to ESM import syntax.

Node.js v22.12.0 was downloaded because system Node is v18. All 81 test files pass (1177 passed, 2 skipped). Integration tests use loopback TCP mocks for the native host protocol. E2E Chrome tests need a real browser which is unavailable in this container.
