What the test found

OpenCLI v1.8.8 is fully installed and built. The CLI, daemon, and all non-browser-dependent tests pass (1558+ passing tests across unit, extension, smoke, and E2E suites). Only adapter tests requiring a real Chrome browser with site credentials are skipped.

Unit (90 files, 1455 tests) + extension (3 files, 102 tests) + smoke (1 file, 11 tests) + E2E management (12 tests) + E2E public-commands (37 tests) + E2E output-formats/plugin-management (14 tests) — all pass. 61 adapter tests fail as expected due to missing browser/credential environment. opencli CLI runs and responds to commands (--version, --help, list, doctor). Daemon starts on port 19825.
