Standard install from repo checkout: python3 -m venv .venv, pip install -r requirements-dev.txt, npm install in packages/cadgen-js, playwright install chromium, scripts/bundle/bundle.sh. Global policy tests (135 passed), cadgen package CLI/store/memo tests (81 passed), all skill tests (dfam-check 19, dfm 51, gcode 15, bambu-labs 41, dxf 58, sendcutsend 3, cad-viewer 4, step-parts 2) all pass. OCP kernel loads. Only Node 22 gap prevents cadgen-js unit tests from running.
