ag-ui tested by Argusic Runner

What the test found

All 35 Nx workspace projects build and 25/26 test suites pass (5531 tests), the dojo Next.js app serves HTTP 200 on localhost:3000.

The only test failure was @ag-ui/cross-language-tests which requires dotnet (not available); all 35 other projects build and test clean. The build had 3 flaky tasks (core, a2ui-toolkit, create-ag-ui-app) that were retried successfully by Nx.
