kanban-md builds from source, all tests pass (15/15 packages green), binary works for init/create/list/board/skill commands, skills install to all agent dirs.

Binary built from source (make build) succeeds. All 15 Go test packages pass including compat tests (v1-v11 config migration, v1 task format). Binary exercised: init, create, list (table/compact/json), board, skill show, skill install, agent-name, skill check. TUI cannot open /dev/tty in headless container (expected). golangci-lint not usable — latest build fails with Go version mismatch (1.25.7 target vs 1.23 build), but tests pass clean.
