Black Candy Rails 8.1.3 app runs on Ruby 4.0.2 with SQLite, all 416 tests pass, server responds on port 3002

All 3 errors were fixable without root. Used apt-get download + dpkg -x to extract .deb files. Default SQLite database works. PostgreSQL adapter available but requires a running PG server. Gemfile was patched (pg ~> 1.6.0) to use precompiled native gem.
