Hermes WebUI boots from .venv, serves /health (HTTP 200), /api/onboarding/status returns full JSON, and 16893 of 17245 pytest tests pass. The missing Hermes agent (not installed) is the only missing component for full functionality.

Hermes agent not found (expected — not installed in this container), 31 agent-dependent tests skipped. All 14 failures/errors are pre-existing environment quirks (Node.js v18.19.1 ES module handling, missing /etc/ssh). 16893 tests passed, 338 skipped. Server health endpoint returned 200.
