mvn clean install -DskipDev -DskipIncubation -Dnbm.build.dir=/home/runner/jeddict-cluster builds all 14 modules (jeddict, jeddict-lib, jcode-util, jpa-spec, jcode-core, collaboration, jpa-modeler, orm-generator, relation-mapper, jsonb-modeler, db-modeler, reverse-engineering, installer, jeddict-tests) to SUCCESS, producing 12 NBM plugin files and 13 JAR artifacts in target directories.

Jeddict is a NetBeans plugin suite (NBM packaging). The test suite requires a full NetBeans platform runtime to initialize; without a NetBeans installation the surefire JVM hangs on NetBeans module system startup (e.g. 'NbEvents.notifier' waiting on module restore). Build alone succeeds: 12 NBM files and 13 JARs produced across 14 reactor modules.
