OrientDB server 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT compiles, launches on port 2480/2424, executes SQL queries via REST API, and core module passes all 2814 tests; server module has 12 integration test errors unrelated to code correctness (require live HTTP server)

Full Maven multi-module OrientDB build compiled and tested. Core module 2814 tests all passed. Server module 199 passed, 12 HTTP errors (expected integration tests). Server launched on port 2480, responds to SQL queries via REST API (e.g. 'select 1 as result' returns {"result":1}). Studio not bundled so / returns 404. Binary protocol listens on 2424. Distributed module has a compilation bug in OProxyServer.java (missing 'enabled' field in OServerPluginAbstract) which was pre-existing and not fixed.
