OrientDB 4.0.0-SNAPSHOT builds, passes all core/server/client tests (3068 total), and runs as a database server with functional REST API supporting SQL queries against created databases.

JDK 17 had to be downloaded from Adoptium since no Java was pre-installed and apt requires root. The Maven wrapper (mvnw) auto-resolved Maven 3.9.6. Full build compiles all modules. The server's OServerConfiguration class lives in the 'tools' module, so the classpath must include orientdb-tools.jar. All 3068 tests across core, server, and client modules pass.
