Built with Vulkan-only backend. Stub headers created for xcb, Xlib, uuid. All test infrastructure compiled and linked. 118/119 tests passed; 1 failed due to pre-existing Context double-instantiation issue in SceneLoader test.

Argusic installed rbfx in 80 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 3 of 4 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
