Built from source with cargo build --workspace. All 3 CLI binaries built. Ran 606 tests (all passed). Tested iwe init, create, find, tree, stats on a real workspace. MCP server responds to JSON-RPC. Node.js npm packaging structure exists but the npm route requires prebuilt platform binaries not present in the repo.
