What the test found

The nwave-ai CLI (v3.22.2) is installed, builds from source via uv, passes all 10 doctor diagnostics, installed 34 agents and 151 skills into ~/.claude, and all subcommands respond correctly.

No tests/ directory in the v3.22.2 release commit. CONTRIBUTING.md describes tests but they live in the upstream dev branch, not the public release payload. The test_*.py files under scripts/ are observability helper scripts, not pytest tests.
