nwave-ai v3.22.2 installed in a venv, deploys to ~/.claude/ for Codex CLI, all 10 doctor checks pass, 34 agents and 151 skills install successfully, and all key Python modules (nwave_ai.cli, des.domain, nwave_ai.sync, nwave_ai.outcomes) import without errors.

Repository has no tests/ directory or pytest-collectable test suite — test_depth is tier3_none and no tests could be run. The CLI tool itself works end-to-end: install, doctor (10/10), version, and all key Python modules import cleanly. Only error encountered was a stale path in pyproject.toml (lib/python/des → src/des).
