All 1416 forge test suite tests pass. forge/ state.py, next.py, report.py, stage2_spec/validate_sculpt_spec.py, stage3_build/generate_threejs_factory.py all import and run cleanly from Python 3.12 stdlib.

Python 3.12.3, Node 18.19.1. The forge/ scripts are pure Python 3.10+ stdlib (no pip deps). 64 tests skipped due to optional dependencies (GLB containers, Playwright, showcase checkout). One test needed a patch to use tsx instead of --experimental-strip-types on Node 18.
