What the test found

AgentOS 0.10.19 builds from source with pnpm install, TypeScript compiles to dist/, and 2100+ vitest tests pass across config, memory, API, runtime, orchestration, RAG, e2e, and cognition modules on Node.js 18.19.1 with better-sqlite3 and hnswlib-node native addons rebuilt manually.

1 pre-existing unfixable failure: HnswSidecar persistence test fails due to HNSW index serialization/deserialization issue unrelated to install. All other tests (2100+ across 250+ files) pass. No external credentials needed. The project builds, installs, and tests run successfully.

Argusic installed agentos in 3 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 5 of 5 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
