What the test found

The event management PHP application runs on FrankenPHP with SQLite, serving a college event registration website with working homepage showing event types/events from database, registration page, about page, and POST-based participant registration storing to SQLite.

MySQL was unavailable (no root), so database was replaced with SQLite via PDO compatibility layer. Seed data matches the original events.sql schema. FrankenPHP provided a static PHP binary with mysqli, PDO, and SQLite support. The app serves HTML pages, queries event types and events from SQLite, and processes POST registrations correctly.
