The event-management PHP app serves on http://127.0.0.1:8080 with HTTP 200 on /, /register.php, and /about.php, renders the 5 seeded event types, and registration POSTs write rows to the MariaDB participants table (2 rows verified) using PHP 8.2.31 and MariaDB 10.11.10 from a user-installed prefix.

App verified against real MariaDB and real HTTP; google-maps client key in js.php is not needed server-side. Repo is PHP/MySQL only (no npm/build step required).
