What the test found

pnpm install completes, Next.js dev server starts and serves all pages with HTTP 200; production build is OOM-killed during page data collection; internal package TypeScript builds fail due to path alias cross-references.

pnpm install succeeded (919 packages). Next.js dev server starts and serves HTTP 200 on /, /components, /blocks, and /labs. Production build fails with OOM exit 137 during page data collection - this is an environment limitation. The internal packages/ui and packages/shadcn have broken tsconfig path aliases pointing outside their rootDir to apps/ui-layout, causing TypeScript build errors in turbo build. React warnings about missing key props and invalid DOM property 'clip-rule' are pre-existing.
