What the test found

Backend serves all 25 agent listings, config check, session CRUD, and collection endpoints via a mock VideoDB server. Frontend dev server builds and serves the Vue app. Both run simultaneously on :8000 and :8080.

No project tests exist (pytest collected 0 items). Backend/frontend install cleanly with pip+venv/npm. Both servers start and respond on all REST endpoints. The VideoDB mock implements the subset of the API needed for collection listing. Real LLM calls, uploads, and editing would require real API keys or deeper mocks.

Argusic installed Director in 18 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 2 of 2 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
