The box agent builds with all 91 tests passing, install.sh installed pitupitu 0.8.0 and herdr 0.9.5, and pitupitu connect dialed out with a valid protocol-5 hello and held the link, with the box starting a real herdr server.

Real pitupitu cloud/device sign-in (setup) and the live conformance scenario need a real pitupitu account and a signed-in Claude Code, so per mission rules a schema-correct WebSocket mock stood in for the cloud; everything else (build, 91-test suite, real herdr 0.9.5 server, release install, CLI) was exercised for real and clean.

Argusic installed pitupitu in 8 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
