The CLI binary responds to --help, --version, --health-check, and removed-flag diagnostics. Dependencies are installed and the test suite validates version synchronization, external skill downloading, command parsing, state management, caching, WebSocket server, performance monitoring, validation, health checks, and catalog browsing.

The .npmrc has ignore-scripts=true which is unusual but didn't affect the install. Node 18 is below the recommended version (20+) and lacks --experimental-require-module, so ESM-only dependencies require CJS shims. All 22 jest test suites pass (233 tests) plus 13 node:test pass at root level. The CLI binary runs and responds to --help, --version, and removed-flag diagnostics correctly.
