What the test found

DevSpace CLI builds and runs: go build succeeds, binary prints all commands on --help, unit tests pass across all cmd and pkg packages except a pre-existing sync test timeout and e2e requiring Kubernetes.

Go had to be downloaded (not pre-installed). Build and most unit tests pass cleanly. sync package has a pre-existing flake (TestInitialSync timeouts due to file descriptor exhaustion in the container). e2e tests require a real Kubernetes cluster. No third-party credentials were needed.

Argusic installed devspace in 13 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
