DevSpace CLI builds, runs (version, help, and all subcommands respond), and 98% of unit tests pass; only the sync package's TestInitialSync fails due to container-level inotify instance limits.

Go toolchain 1.25.9 installed from tarball since no apt/sudo. go build produces working devspace binary (106MB). go vet passes. All unit tests pass except sync pkg which hits inotify limits in constrained container env; not a code defect. e2e tests require a kube config and cluster, which are unavailable.
