mirrord CLI binary and layer build, run, and pass all unit tests and clippy checks on x86_64 Linux with nightly-2026-08-13 Rust toolchain.

mirrord v3.253.1 builds and runs successfully. All unit tests pass for core crates (mirrord-protocol, mirrord-config, mirrord-kube, mirrord-intproxy). CLI binary produces correct version and help output. Clippy passes without warnings. Integration tests (cargo xtask test-integration) cannot run without a live Kubernetes cluster, but the full build and all unit tests pass. The agent crate requires Linux-specific cross-compilation (x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu) which is available but skipped for this verification.
