Write tools (n8n_create_workflow, n8n_update_partial_workflow, etc.) require a real n8n instance with N8N_API_URL+N8N_API_KEY. 62 evaluations exist but no automated test runner runs them. build.sh produces all 16 valid zips on Python-only fallback.
