Node.js was v18.19.1 (needed >=20) — installed pnpm via npm -g, then used pnpm runtime set node 20 -g to get node v20.20.2. Rust was not pre-installed — installed via rustup. export_bindings test failures were the only broken tests; after fixing the export paths all 795 Rust tests and 96 UI tests pass. The HTTP server starts and responds 200 on /health, /health/live, /health/ready and serves the UI. The CLI binary (leanspec list, stats, --version) works directly.
