The rythe-standard-library and core-module libraries build and link into test binaries; the rsl test binary runs and reports 1173 assertions in 16 test cases all passing, and the core test binary executes to exit 0; the editor, application-module, and reflection-generator app targets do not build.

Used bundled/prebuilt LLVM22 clang since no root and clang18 system tarball lacked libtinfo. No third-party keys were needed; no mocks required. sandbox/editor/reflection-generator remain unbuilt.
