The gamedev skills repo installs into ./.agents/skills via the universal CLI, the repository validator, its 183-test suite, the site generator, and the site checker all pass, with only the optional Pillow dependency needing a user-level install.

That repo is a skills collection (not an app/server): the universal skills CLI (npx skills add ... -a codex -y) copied all 76 repo skills plus the router into ./.agents/skills (77 SKILL.md files) and wrote skills-lock.json; the assets generator had no media to decode. The .agents/ and skills-lock.json artifacts are new untracked files; everything else in the repo is untouched.

Argusic installed awesome-gamedev-agent-skills in 4 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified running for real. 2 of 2 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
