Alphora 1.3.4 is installed in a venv, all 22 tutorials run without errors, the alphora-web frontend server responds to HTTP 200 on /v1/health, and the publish_agent_api server accepts streaming and non-streaming chat completion requests against a mock OpenAI backend.

All 22 tutorials passed. alphora-web frontend serves on port 9877 with 200. publish_agent_api serves /v1/health returning 200 and /v1/chat/completions returning valid SSE/JSON responses. Requires mock OpenAI server for LLM-dependent code paths.
