What the test found

The SandBase Harness runtime starts on port 3000 with healthy API/Dashboard endpoints, its full test suite passes, and a CLI chat turn against a local mock OpenAI-compatible provider returns 'Hello from the mock provider!' and records the turn with stop_reason 'stop' and 5/6 tokens in the session event log.

Provider verification used a local mock OpenAI-compatible SSE server on 127.0.0.1:9101 because no real API key is available in the container; runtime behavior was exercised end-to-end against it. System Node 18 remains the gap for the documented Node 22 requirement; all commands used the locally installed Node 22.23.3.

Argusic installed sandbase-harness in 20 minutes and launched it; verification reached Verified with mock services. 3 of 3 recorded errors were worked through (see the timeline below).
